Example. A small room 6ft by 9ft will take four lengths the long way and
six lengths the shorter way. This works out just over a roll. You must allow
for wastage and trimming at each end.
Measuring by area this would give a square footage of 54. A roll has about
57 sq.ft so technically you could do it with one roll. BUT it is not recommended
as you would not get enough full cuts(i.e. pieces cut to the length you need)
to do the job. It would require patching with smaller pieces.
If you prefer to measure by area then count a roll as 50 sq.ft and you will
have sufficient.
