For use on Wood, Metal, Glass, PlasterStrypit is a powerful paint remover for all paints, enamels, celluloses, stoved enamels, emulsion paints, synthetic finishes, polyurethanes, textured finishes, french polishes and varnishes. Penetration takes from one to fifteen minutes, depending on type of finish and thickness of coating to be removed. Strypit is the best paint remover to use on wood that is to be varnished, french polished, or recoated with any other clear finish. It will not scorch or burn the surface like a blowlamp, or darken the wood as do water-based and powdered paint strippers containing caustic soda.
